We have a received a similar letter from the other customer whose name has been quoted in your article, Jagjeet Kaur.Pertinently, we may mention that we enjoy the recognition and patronage of the Medical Council, a large spectrum of doctors specialising in varied fields including dietitians/nutritionists and have documentary evidence to substantiate our claims. The ``cellotherm therapy'' has originated in Germany and been approved by Canadian healthcare laws. Our reporter stands by her version.
