PM Manmohan Singh on Sunday announced that NRIs in The Netherlands would soon be granted dual citizenship. He was speaking at a reception hosted by the Indian Ambassador at The Hague. Admitting there have been delays in the proposal, mooted by P.V. Narasimha Rao when he was PM in 1993, he assured his Government was working to make that promise a reality.
