CHENNAI, Dec 2: By implementing the Eco Development Project (EDP) in villages within five kilometre radius of Kalakad Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve, the pressure on natural resources has been reduced considerably. The progamme was implemented with active participation of villagers and forest officals.
