NEW DELHI, MARCH 9: The Crime Branch of the Delhi Police have arrested five more youths for their alleged involvement in the series of blasts in Delhi and neighbouring states since December 1996.One of the accused, Abdul Baki, was picked up on March 4, while Adbul Rehman, Mohammed Hussain, Badruddin and Abdullah - the last three are Pakistanis were arrested last night.The police claim that they have solved eight more blast cases - 28 were reportedly solved when Kamran, Shakeel, Musa and Harun were caught on February 27 with the latest arrests. Of these cases, six occurred in buses in Delhi and the remaining two in Kanpur and Panipat.However, their involvement in the twin blasts at Chandni Chowk on November 30 last year, and the explosion at ITO on January 9 this year is yet to be established. About 45 kg of explosives, two hand grenades, one revolver, one pistol, 43 live cartridges, cast iron cylinders and other bomb-making equipment were recovered.
