NEW DELHI, Dec 22: A five-year-old girl was raped by her neighbour in the Kirti Nagar area, late yesterday night. The accused, Uma Shankar, has been arrested. The girl was playing outside her house when Shankar (45) allegedly lured her to his house and raped her. Her parents found her missing till late in the night. They reportedly began a search for her, only to find her coming out the house of the accused.
