Having stirred up the Bhojshala pot, the BJP today sought to return to the development agenda as Law Minister Arun Jaitley unveiled another round of statistical debate questioning Digvijay Singh’s performance as CM.Jaitley said the BJP’s primary focus in MP is development. On infrastructure, he cited a recent survey by a business daily that concluded, ‘‘Madhya Pradesh has the distinction of having the least developed infrastructure among the major states.’’
