J&K CM Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Wednesday said the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service is no solution to the Kashmir issue.

‘‘This (bus service) is not a substitute to solution of the Kashmir issue. For a durable solution, Kashmiris should be involved in the dialogue process,’’ he said, inaugurating a new complex of the Regional Passport Office here.

The Office, gutted in a militant attack on January 15, was reopened at Hotel Boulevard on the banks of the Dal Lake. The office was earlier shifted to the Tourist Reception Centre, which was also gutted in a fidayeen attack.
