BANGALORE, July 4: The Association of People with Disabilities has sought better deals for disabled persons with opportunities for education, employment and participation at all levels in society and urged the government to provide them training in areas of self-employment. Critising the attitude of the government, N S Hema, Indian representative at the recently held International Leadership Forum for Women for Disabilities in Maryland, US, said that the government was indifferent to the disabled.
