The Delhi HC today directed CBI not to arrest Bhupendra Singh Patel alias Rahul and his two associates, who the agency says were involved in a sting operation against former Union minister Dilip Singh Judeo, till further orders.
The order came from Justice R.S. Sodhi on their petition seeking quashing of FIR registered against them by the agency in the scam. While issuing notice to CBI, the court, however, asked Rahul and his associates to cooperate with the agency in the investigation and adjourned the hearing.
