Strong performance by BPO and infrastructure services unit enabled HCL Technologies to post a 25 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit in its third quarter-ended March 31, 2005 at Rs 157.2 crore on a consolidated basis.

MRPL FY05 net up 85%

MUMBAI

: MRPL, a subsidiary of ONGC, said its net profit rose over 85 per cent to Rs 850 crore against Rs 459 crore in FY04, an MRPL release said.

MTNL Q4 net up 5.26%

NEW DELHI

: MTNL on Monday posted a 5.26 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 323.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. The figure stood at Rs 307.09 crore in the same quarter last year.

Exim Bank net rises13%

MUMBAI

: Exim Bank of India has posted a 13 per cent hike in net profit at Rs 258 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 as against Rs 229 crore in 2003-04.
