What’s your fitness mantra?I alternate my gym workouts with yoga and aerobics to break the monotonyTell us about your daily diet.My work requires me to travel a lot and if I’m working I have a heavy breakfast, a light lunch and a light dinner. I always finish dinner by 8 pm. Since my schedule keeps me so busy, I also take my daily dose of Vitamin A and E.What’s your exercise routine?I go to the gym and run on the treadmill for about 15 minutes and I also do weights. I go for a regular sauna and steam that keeps my skin healthy. I also alternate my workouts with yoga and aerobics to break the monotony. Fortunately I don’t have to do much to keep in shape as I’m blessed with good genes.What’s your favourite cuisine?Japanese.
