Do you prefer working out with friends?

Interestingly, most of us in Shaadi No 1, especially Fardeen Khan and Zayed Khan, work out at the same gym and have the same instructor. But it’s different for everyone due to the difference in body types.

diet: I BELIEVE everything, including diet and exercise, should be done in moderation. Certain things, like sweets and fried food, should be avoided. Eventually, I would like to follow a policy of having lots of water, fruits and green vegetables. I hope to get there soon.

exercise: THERE are days when I walk more than 10,000 steps, what with gym and work; on others, I don’t even manage 10. It’s strange but true. I honestly try to go to the gym at least four times a week. My gym time isn’t hectic at all, and I do a little bit of everything, from cardio to stretches and abs. One thing that I don’t and can’t do is weights; I was told my frame is too small to take it.

problem areas: I DON’T have a problem area per se, but even if I did, I would just tackle it like I would anything else.
