DIET:
AFTER every three or four days, I go on a low carb diet and avoid rice and bread. I believe in eating healthy and like to stick to ghar ka khana. I like dal, roti, sabzi in my meal. My protein intake includes chicken, soya and eggs. I don’t believe in going for boiled stuff or having totally oil-free food because it’s practically not possible. The body needs energy to function. The trick is to eat everything in a balanced manner. I don’t really have a sweet tooth and neither am I a foodie. I refuse to completely go off food and don’t believe in looking anorexic or thin. It’s best to accept your body and love it for what it is.

EXERCISE:
MY exercise regime is a mix of weights and cardio like running. I run at least three to four times a week. Normally I can run four km on the treadmill. I have a trainer who helps me with weights thrice a week. Weights help in toning the body.

PROBLEM AREAS: My problem area is the same as many other people: water retention. People don’t realise that if you don’t have about eight glasses of water in a day, your body retains water and your face bloats up. Around three-four kilogram of your body weight is due to water retention. We must cultivate the habit of drinking lots of water.
