DIET: THE first thing I drink every morning is lots of water, followed by some lemon tea. I like to have a bowl of muesli and milk for breakfast. After that if I’m hungry, I eat some fruits. I eat a light lunch when I’m shooting, as you tend to feel sluggish after a heavy meal. I’m mostly vegetarian, so dal, chappatis, curd and green vegetables are what I have. Dinner is heavier, because it’s my post-workout meal.It consists of high-protein foods like pulses, sprouts, chicken and egg whites.

EXERCISE: I FEEL that my body performs better when I exercise in the evening, as the day’s activities serve as a good warm-up. I do cardio exercises and lift weights five to six times a week for an hour or two. I work on two body parts a day and then let them rest for 48 hours after that. I think stretching exercises are important—they give the body a defined shape.

PROBLEM AREAS: I’M a big sweet addict and I haven’t conquered that yet.
