DIET: I AM a vegan. I start my day with a glass of water or nariyal pani. If I’m not home, then I opt for a freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar. I eat a couple of bananas in the morning to give me energy before my workout. After exercising, I make a simple dish of tofu and steamed vegetables. I don’t need a lot of oil or spices in my food. I also try and eat five small meals instead of three big ones. Dal, pulses and salads with olive oil dressing are part of my regular diet. I also can’t get enough of fruits—fresh figs are my favourite.

EXERCISE: I WORK out three times a week, unless it’s absolutely impossible. My trainer Craig Scott comes over every morning and on alternate days we do cardio exercises and weight training. I have one day of rest which is very important. I love my workout, but sometimes my trainer makes me work too hard—that’s when I need to go and get a massage!

PROBLEM AREAS: NONE as such, but I would like to exercise more.
