DIET: I follow a diet which is high in protein and low in carbs. Every morning I have a breakfast of toast with two boiled eggs and a protein supplement. I have a light lunch, maybe a tuna sandwich. Dinner is a full meal of chicken, rice, roti and dal. I love chicken and salads and eat a lot of them. I try and avoid starchy and fried food. EXERCISE: I workout in a gym four times a week and work one body part every session. My training is a mixture of cardio exercise and weights. I switch between heavy and light weights every month. I also keep fit by swimming and doing yoga, but my gym workout is what I enjoy the most. It’s a kind of release where I can let out pressure. PROBLEM AREAS: None, thankfully.
