
Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a few dates and warm water. Breakfast is either omelettes and toast or idli and dosa with a glass of juice or milk. Lunch is rice, curd, 2 rotis, sabzi and any curry. I prefer non-vegetarian food. Dinner is always light. I avoid bread and stick to low-carb food.
What’s your exercise routine?
I’m genetically skinny so I don’t do cardio workout at all. I do weight training thrice a week.
Is there anything you binge on?
I love chocolates, banana chips and wafers. Luckily, I have a high metabolism rate so I don’t have to worry about gaining weight.
