‘I begin my day with fruits’

I begin my day with fruits. For lunch, I eat whatever is available but preferably a low-carb diet, say one chapati or some brown rice.

I begin my day with fruits. For lunch, I eat whatever is available but preferably a low-carb diet, say one chapati or some brown rice. Dinner is usually fruit and yoghurt

What’s your exercise routine?
I do the treadmill everyday and spend almost 40 minutes with my trainer, at least four times a week.

Is there anything you binge on?
I have a huge sweet tooth.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Thai.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Well, to lose I would simply zip my mouth and would simply hog if I have to put on.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Numerous times.
What is your idea of health?
I don’t think being skinny is beautiful. Balance of both body and mind is a must to be in a state of perfect health.
