Tell us about your daily diet.
I eat soaked almonds and drink lots of tea the first thing in the morning followed by fruits. Lunch is very simple—dal, roti and sabzi. Since I go out for dinner invariably everyday, it is fancier than lunch. Though I’m a non-vegetarian, I prefer a vegetarian diet.
What is your exercise routine?
I dance to keep fit. I have been practicing Odissi dance since I was nine. Besides that, I do yoga everyday and also indulge in sports such as horse-riding with my kids.
Is there anything you binge on?
I eat everything and I think binging on something particular is unhealthy and I don’t do it.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Italian, French, Chinese. Actually, any kind of good food appeals to me.
What would you do if you had to loose or put on weight in a hurry?
I don’t believe in doing anything in a hurry. For me, consistency is a priority. I have never succumbed to the fads of gaining or losing weight overnight.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I don’t diet. I just eat the right kind of food and that keeps me going.
What is your idea of health?
Eating right and being on the move.
