I don’t follow a fixed diet. I eat dal, roti, sabzi, rice and salad for lunch and dinner. I also eat fruits whenever I feel like it.

Currently I am out of practice but I stick to yoga whenever I get the time.

Not really
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I’d watch my diet closely and try to exercise.
