
Tell us about your daily diet
I prefer home-cooked food. I have a heavy breakfast, a moderate lunch and a light dinner. Breakfast consists of porridge, bread, cheese and sausages. For lunch, I have chapati, bhaji, dal and salad. Dinner is usually one roti, vegetables, a piece of fish, salads and sprouts.
What’s your exercise routine?
I do go to the gym. But I am not regular with my fitness regime.
What’s your favourite food?
Bengali cuisine. Apart from that I like Continental food.
Is there anything you binge on?
I binge on everything. I am a complete foodie.
What do you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I be myself and work around that.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Many times
What is your idea of health?
I believe that health is mental fitness followed by physical fitness, as the mind controls the body.
