I start my day with a glass of milk. Lunch is home-cooked dal, roti, sabzi and dinner is very light. Mostly soups and salads.

What’s your exercise routine?
Hardly get any time these days to exercise after joining Jhoom India. Normally, I play cricket.

What’s your favourite food?
I can eat anything.
Is there anything you binge on?
Nothing in particular.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
If I need to lose weight, I would take the help of a dietician and to put on, simply hog.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Very often, every second day.

What’s your idea of health?
Health for me is mental well-being. If you are at peace, you are healthy.
