BJP MLA Madhu Srivastava, whom witness Zaheera Sheikh and her mother Sehrunissa had accused of intimidatory tactics, chose not to make any comments on Monday’s Supreme Court verdict in the Best Bakery case. ‘‘I will comment only after I get a copy of the judgment. Don’t force me into a reaction,’’ he insisted.
He said he was not concerned about the developments. When its was pointed out that some accused are back in police custody, he said, ‘‘Yes, I have heard that four persons have been re-arrested.’’
