TUTICORIN, Sep. 22: authorities have discovered an illegal IMFL-manufacturing unit at Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, from where huge quantities of spurious liquor have been seized and four persons arrested. The unit had been causing a loss of several lakhs of rupees to the State exchequer.
