Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama on Wednesday said the Indian Government was “little over-cautious” on the Tibet issue but the Tibetan refugeeshere enjoyed sympathy of the Government and the public.
“I have always looked at India from a holistic view. They are a little over-cautious, well it does not matter,” he said. “But that is understandable,” he added in an interview to NDTV.
