Inzamam-ul-Haq, regarded as one of the best batsmen of this generation, dreams of opening a batting academy back home after he’s done with the Indian Cricket League (ICL).

“I want to open an batting academy in Pakistan. Its been in the pipeline for a long time but I’m sure that within next two years it will get started and my dream will come true,” Inzamam, who leads Lahore Badshahs in the Twenty20 tournament, said on Monday.

Cricket academies are common the world over, but there are not too many that cater to just

one part of the game. “I can’t open an academy for bowlers becauise I’m not a bowler. What will I teach bowlers?” the 38-year old said.
