In a record of sorts, an Indian School of Business (ISB) student has been offered a whopping $181,000 (Rs 80 lakh) per annum international offer from a leading multinational company, as against the highest offer of $151,000 per annum made last year.
There were at least eight ISB students who were offered between $130,000 and $181,000 in the Class of 2005, as global companies have started recognising Indian talent to be in league with international B-schools like Kellogg School and Wharton School, said Ajit Rangnekar, Deputy Dean, ISB.
