MUMBAI, NOV 13: Enterprise business applications provider JD Edwards will next week formally launch in India its network-centric, multi-platform configurable ERP product `Oneworld'. ``The company will also announce its ecosystem of alliances and strategic partners,'' JDE regional client services director, South Asia, Neil Dibb told PTI. The launch announcements will be made at the `Intelligent Enterprise'99' expo here.Oneworld is an object-oriented configurable network computing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, which provides flexibility to adopt business process to meet new business demands, and adaptible to new functions, he said. ``Transcending client/server technology, Oneworld provides true distributed object architecture, which separates business functionality from underlying operating systems and database platforms, enabling adoption of new technologies,'' he added.
