BOSTON, June 30: A federal judge has extended a temporary injunction against British au pair Louise Woodward, prohibiting her from profiting from the sale of her story about the death of the eight-month old baby of an Indian couple in her care.
The prohibition to spend money made on articles or books on the tragedy was extended until a civil suit brought by the parents of baby Matthew Eappen earlier this month is resolved.
Judge William Young noted that an October 5 trial date has been set for the Eappens’ civil lawsuit against Woodward.
