Jyoti Randhawa and Jeev Milkha Singh comfortably made the cut while Harmeet Kahlon failed by a shot at the Dubai Dessert Classic golf.Jyoti’s 68 took him to 10-under 134 and he was in a tie for fourth place with Peter Hanson (65) and Northern Ireland’s Graeme McDowell (69).
