RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav on Thursday welcomed the Election Commission’s decision to send a two member probe team to Chapra to inquire into the alleged electoral malpractices. ‘‘I have no objections. Let the team come and inquire for itself. I have nothing to comment over the decision,’’ Laloo said when asked about the EC’s decision. The RJD chief insisted that the BJP and the Home Ministry have entered into a conspiracy to force cancellations of polls in Chapra. ‘‘Countermanding polls will be insulting the people of Chapra,’’ he said.
