The Left leaders are expecting a formal communication from UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi — conveying government’s decision to keep BHEL’s disinvestment on hold — as early as Tuesday. If, for some reason the letter is delayed, it will be because the PM is out of the country.
While the Left will convey its decision in writing, they may not insist on a written communication from the UPA.
