Left urged to withdraw support to UPA

Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa today said the UPA Government should go and urged the Left parties to withdraw their support to the Centre. Calling the Congress-led coalition ‘‘anti-people’’ in the Assembly, Jayalalithaa said: ‘‘This Government must go. Only then would the people benefit.’’ She, however, refused to be drawn into a discussion on an alternative saying it would emerge on its own as ‘‘nature abhors vacuum’’.
