DHARWAD, July 21: The chief ministers of Karnataka and Goa would soon meet to discuss the proposed reservior across the Mahayadi river, which would enable Karnataka get 3 tmc of water. The project estimated at Rs 199 crore would be completed by 2000, according to Nage Gowda, Karnataka Irrigation Minister.
