PUNE, Aug 6: John Phillips, a 35-year-old resident of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar slums in Khadki, was killed on the spot when he was crushed under the wheels of a truck on Elphinstone Road on Wednesday afternoon. Khadki police said truck driver Balu G. Navle (30) of Hadapsar has been arrested.
