Matunga Young triumph

MUMBAI, Oct 1: Matunga Young beat Marol Village Boys 2-0 in a Division II B football league match conducted by the Mumbai District Football Association at the St Xavier’s Ground, Parel today.

Matunga went into the lead in the 16th minute when Maani Eliman scored off a pass by Sanjeev Gusain. A defensive lapse in the 56th minute, saw Faisal Elamin complete the margin.
