In Bhagalpur, most businesses remained closed and vehicular traffic was thin. In Vadodara, activists tried to set two buses on fire, police said, adding that no one was injured. A communal clash was averted in Raipur, when VHP and Bajrang Dal activists stormed the Muslim-dominated locality of Maodhapara.
