PUNE, Nov 4: The Maharashtra Military Foundation (MMF) today postponed its plans of inaugurating the city’s first fly-over at Paud Road until November 9, after an assurance from Mayor Vatsala Andekar that the inauguration will be made on Monday.
The police maintained tight security at the site to prevent any untoward incident. Chief Minister Manohar Joshi, scheduled to visit the city on November 9, is now likely to inaugurate the fly-over.
