NAGAR, SEPT 14: Skipper Dinesh Mongia played a timely knock, and with a helping hand by Harminder Kaku, steered Chandigarh to a win on the basis of a better run rate in the one-day league match of the Punjab Inter-District Katoch Shield cricket match over Minor Districts at the PCA Stadium here today.Needing 137 in 50 overs for a win, Chandigarh were sailing along comfortably at 90 for 3 in 30 overs when rain forced the two umpires to call off play. At that stage Chandigarh's run rate was far better than Minor Districts.Chandigarh started disastrously under an overcast sky.
