
CHANDIGARH, July 20: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has directed the state government officers to arrange suitable land immediately for setting up new terminals and depots of Indian Oil Coporation (IOC) in Punjab at Goharwal-Varpal (Amritsar), Sarna (Guraspur) Jarkhar and Urna (Ludhiana).
At a meeting with the IOC team led by its executive director Narinder Singh to review the progress of various projects initiated by IOC along with the present government, the chief minister told the state government officers that land acquisition process should be completed under a time-bound programme. These projects involve investment of Rs 332.73 crore.
