BHOPAL, JAN 10: Madhya Pradesh not only has the dubious distinction of recording the highest rate of crime against Scheduled Castes and Tribes but has also failed to utilise funds from the Centre for their welfare, says National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes chairman Dileep Singh Bhuria.
Bhuria, appointed a fortnight ago, yesterday directed the State Government to ensure conviction within a time frame in cases of atrocities on Scheduled Castes and Tribes.
