November 14: The Pune Civil Court has issued summons to the Prudential Capital Markets Ltd for defrauding fixed deposits holders to the tune of Rs 100 crore. The company closed their offices in Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Bangalore and Delhi some time back leaving lakhs of deposit holders high and dry.

Booking office

The Indian Airlines (western region) has decided to close down its booking office at Army Navy Building in Kalaghoda from November 15. The employees’ union has demanded that the management refrain from shifting the booking office from its present location and has threatened to go on strike if the management doesn’t reverse the decision before November 27.

Limousine n TO cater to the exclusive use of both inbound and outbound passengers, Indian Airlines has pressed into service a new air-conditioned limousine coach to ply between the domestic and international terminals of Mumbai Airport. The luxury coach can carry 28 passengers and make 15 trips round the clock. This service is offered free of charge for the Indian Airline passengers.

MSSSB exams

The Maharashtra Sub-ordinate Services Selection Board (MSSSB) will hold a written test on November 30 to the posts of medical officers, medico-social workers, live stock supervisor and physical training instructor at Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Akola and Nagpur centres.
