NEW DELHI, Jan 18: Sanjeev Nanda today refused to undergo a Test Identification Parade (TIP) in Tihar Jail. The Delhi Police’s star witness’, Sunil Kumar Kulkarni, accompanied by a city magistrate, reached Tihar this afternoon to complete the mandatory procedure. Kulkarni has claimed that he witnessed the accident and saw Sanjeev Nanda driving the BMW. Nanda and his lawyer, however, refused to meet Kulkarni. DCP (south) P.K. Srivastava says Nanda’s lawyers argued that the TIP had become redundant as photographs of the accused had been splashed in the newspapers.
