The National Conference on Thursday remained non-committal on the issue of withdrawal of troops from Jammu and Kashmir, saying Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad is competent enough to take a decision on the matter. “As far as withdrawal of troops is concerned, the Chief Minister of the state is competent enough to take a decision on the issue,” former CM Farooq Abdullah said.
