NEW DELHI, SEPT 28: The National Commission for Women (NCW) and the National Commission for Minorities (NCM) will jointly probe the reported case of a nun being stripped and forced to drink urine in Chapra district of Bihar and recommend appropriate action.A team, comprising NCW members Sayeda Hameed and Purnima Advani along with NCM Vice-Chairman Bawa Singh, is leaving for Bihar tomorrow to get first hand information regarding the incident, Hameed said here today.``We are looking into the matter with the Minorities Commission as NCW feels that this is a violation of constitutional rights of a woman,'' she said.
