NEW DELHI, Dec 14: It took an ambush in Mulaitivu to convince the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) that the Government of India was continuing to negotiate with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), even while its soldiers were dying fighting the militants.
