BANGALORE, August 5: The University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) is to introduce a course on food science and technology from the next academic year. The course will have a duration of four years. University Vice-Chancellor S Bisliah said the institution’s branches at Mandya, Shimoga and Mudugere would also be strengthened.
