CHANDIGARH, Aug 5: The Punjab Government has ordered transfer and posting of nine IAS officers and 11 PCS officers with immediate effect.

Mukul Joshi is the new secretary, Department of Printing and Stationery, N.S.Kang is the new MD, Punjab Financial Corporation. Punjab Alkalis would now be headed by Jagpal Singh who is new MD. C.Roul takes over as special secretary, Finance Department, while Amarjit Singh is special secretary Higher Ecducation and Vijay Kumar Janjua joins as director rural development and panchayats. S.S.Dhillon will be executive director Backfinco and B.R.Anga will be additional secretary, Department of Power. Ranjit Singh is the new joint development commissioner IRD.

Among the PCS officers, Kushbash Singh Sandhu will be additional secretary, Department of Irrigation, while M.G.Acharya is the new joint secretary, Department of Excise and Taxation and Surjit Singh joins as controller Printing and Stationery. H.S.Pabla takes over as additional director-cum- joint secretary, Food and Supplies and Jaswant Singh is new joint secretary revenue. R.K.Kaushik joins as the secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation. N.S.Banwait is the new joint secretary, Department of Education while S.S.Bajwa will be director cum joint secretary local government.

Amarjit Singh is the under secretary, local government and Indu Misra is the new administrative officer, Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board while Ritu Aggarwal will he administrative officer, Department of Health and Family Welfare.
