NIPM conference from June 4 to 6

VADODARA, May 27: The National Annual Conference of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) will be held from June 4 to 6 in Aurangabad this year.

In view of the rapid changes taking place in the economy and the industrial sector, facilitating the process of change becomes an important Human Resource Management function. At the same time, the role of the HR professional is also undergoing a major change with the growing awareness about the subject. Therefore, in this phase of transition, `Turbulence in Corporate Sector: HR Intervention’ has been chosen as the theme of the conference.
