RAMANTHAPURAM, July 29: Normalcy is slowly being restored in Mudukulathur, Parthibanur and Kamuthi areas of the Ramanathapuram district as bus services resumed and shops and other institutions opened today. The area was strung with tension for the past few days following the damage to the statue of Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar.
